1. General Policy

JeeneeNext provides digital educational services, cybersecurity training programs, consulting services, and related digital products. Due to the nature of online and digital services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service not delivered
  • Technical error from our side preventing access

Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital course materials once accessed or downloaded
  • Recorded training sessions
  • Completed live classes
  • Consulting sessions already delivered
  • Certificates or digital documents already issued

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Live class enrollments can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the class has not started.
  • Consulting appointments may be rescheduled once with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).
  • Once service delivery has started, cancellation is not permitted.

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, JeeneeNext reserves the right to suspend access to services and take appropriate action in case of fraudulent disputes.
